Prices are those provided by the owners. The fee and any deposit are agreed at the time of booking.
Terms of use
- Use of the space: the venue is granted exclusively for the agreed event; any different use must be authorized by the owner.
- Liability: the renter is responsible for any damage to the structure, equipment and furnishings during the period of use.
- Cleaning and return: the space must be returned in good condition; any extra cleaning or waste disposal costs will be charged.
- Safety and capacity: the maximum capacity and all applicable safety and public order regulations must be respected.
- Noise and neighborhood: disturbing the surroundings with music or noise beyond permitted hours is forbidden.
- Changes and installations: modifying the structure or installing equipment without the owner's authorization is not allowed.
- Payments and deposit: the fee and any deposit are defined at the time of booking.
