What we collect

First name, last name, email, phone, the date and times requested, the number of people and your notes. With the request the server records the IP address and browser type: this is to stop automated submissions.

What they are for

Only to handle your request and get back to you. Not used for advertising, not passed to anyone.

How long they stay

Requests are kept in an internal archive, not reachable from the web, to keep the booking history. You may ask at any time for yours to be deleted.

Cookies

A single technical cookie, the session one, needed for the form to work securely. No tracking cookies, no third-party statistics.

The map

The map loads only when you open it; at that point your browser contacts OpenStreetMap. If you do not open it, no request leaves this site.
